Fitz Solutions celebrates 10 years!

What started as being an independent consultant for the Nissan Express Service program, has over the last ten years evolved to assisting dealers and dealer groups with their fixed operations, customer retention, marketing and helping General Managers better understand their aftersales market. During this time, I have travelled from Newfoundland to Vancouver, and I am truly blessed to have met such great people across our beautiful country which has resulted in some lifelong friendships.
